Why We Built This Site
Arkansas permits broad access to many court records, yet custody still depends on where the case was filed. The Lincoln County Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit Court case histories and files. Separate District Court clerks keep traffic, ordinance, misdemeanor, small-claims, and other limited matters filed with their departments. Search ARCourts helps locate public case information, while Arkansas eFlex serves a different filing and participant-access role. This site organizes those official routes, direct contacts, and request steps without replacing any court source.

- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
