Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Lincoln County Court Docket does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be kept long enough to answer and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

When a page loads, servers may automatically receive routine technical details about the visit:
- The IP address assigned to your device

- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view

Technical and submitted data is used only for routine site operations and the functions described here:
- Routing a search request to the selected partner service

- Learning which pages are useful or need revision
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Lincoln County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of case records or personal docket data. It provides general directions to Search ARCourts, the Lincoln County Circuit Clerk, Circuit Court, and the local District Court departments. Access to Arkansas judicial records is governed by Administrative Order 19, while Administrative Order 21 governs electronic filing. Arkansas FOIA, including Ark. Code § 25-19-105, applies to qualifying public records subject to exemptions, but court files use the more specific judicial framework. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party case profiles.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their privacy policies govern submitted queries, retention, and sharing. Those practices are outside our control, so review the provider's terms before running a search.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to court and clerk pages, state case-search systems, legal-aid resources, and outside search tools. Once a visitor follows one, the destination's privacy policy controls. Review it before providing personal details.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. We do not operate that tracking.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may nevertheless be available to:
- Analytics providers measuring traffic and performance
- Search partners processing a submitted query
- Advertising networks placing material on a page
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal order
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable standard safeguards protect collected data. No internet system is completely secure, however, and this policy cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor appears to have submitted data, contact us so it can be deleted promptly.
